Truly is a beautiful experience of buying coffee ! The staff are amazing fully trained answered all my questions! The bar area is amazing to try before you buy ! Why 4 stars ! Everyone was confused how you pay and when you pay ! Until a member of staff told me you need a buzzer with a waiting to tell you goto the till you would not know ! The till areas are not approachable it really does need looking at this paying system it does not work ! The look of the shop is fantastic! They have upped their game & amazing new flavours of coffee for summer with ice & as they say What Else ?
A different way of ordering capsules now. You order at one of the tills and then wait for your order to be picked. Love the decor. We were able to try the autumn flavour coffees. Picked Gingerbread and sat by the bar to enjoy!
I visited Nespresso Trafford Centre yesterday and my experience was wonderful. The new shop is fantastic. Very modern, beautifully decorated and great atmosphere. We were served by an Italian man (I didn’t catch him name) but he was a breath of fresh air. Friendly, accommodating, personable. Made the experience very enjoyable.
I am subscriber for Nespresso for few years. I was happy to see the Nespresso shop at Trafford centre. Went inside at 11.44am on 11ty Aug. I was wondering about the Ice Forte. I asked that how to use Ice Forte and if I can have sample which I am ready to pay for. I saw almost on every table samples and looked like they do make too. Noticed that other customers do try them out. I was refused any sample or I expected that I could be offered a cup of coffee. I left immediately and felt so embarrassed. It seems to me that I had been ethnically profiled when others were offered a cuppa! The worst customer experience I ever had .
Update: I went for the second time in 30mnts, now other lady served us. I was offered, I tried what I wanted. I didn't know that we could make ourselves as when entered first time no one was using. Only later I noticed. I eneded up subscribing for recurring order and purchasing. It was a different customer experience. She deserves 5 * but for the previous experience where I was not offered any thing at all deserves the whole shop a single star.
Great looking shop. Perfect way to try before you buy. Also had amazing service from Alana she explained all the different capsules and flavours and how the iced ones work!! She was lovely and a great experience!
I like Nespresso but the system they use in this store is stupid. You have to wait for a virtual queuing device then watch as 4 members of staff do nothing, then be allocated to a till where you ask one of the people who is actually working for your coffee, pay for it and then wait while they go in the back and retrieve it. What was wrong with allowing customers to grab their own coffee pods and quickly pay for them like they do in Leeds or Sheffield??
Gone is the welcoming atmosphere of the old store with helpful friendly staff to be replaced by people who clearly have no interest in customer service or what they're selling!
After looking around for some time, I approached a member of staff who was standing nearby to get some advice on a replacement coffee machine we wished to purchase. I was then told I needed to pick up a cassette, which then put us in a queue to see someone. This seemed somewhat odd as they weren't actually serving anyone!
It was at this point we left and went on to purchase our new machine from a well known department store, who were happy to help with our purchase!
Not exactly ideal that Nespresso has a new store that isn't capable of selling its own products, and it is for that reason we will not be returning and all future purchases of pods will be made online!
Fancy new decor but a definite decline in everything else!
So many people waiting to be served not aware of the need to pick up a buzzer to get in the queue.
The coffees in display are not the correct prices, and not all coffees are in display.
The option to try before you buy has gone, we’ve asked a few times when picking up coffee and either been waved to a machine to do it yourself and there’s a limited supply of one or two coffees and no cups, or there’s no supply of new coffee to sample. This is a huge drop in service.
Delivery at home now costs £4.95 so will not be using that option anymore!
